WHERE I COME FROM
Consultant and coach with a strong IT background and practical experience.
In the early 90s, I co-founded COMCITY AG in Kiel with partners, and together we grew from a three-person startup to a 70+ employee e-business company. This was followed by roles in the banking sector, focusing on IT and corporate development – from supporting mergers and traditional IT projects to restructuring global branches and developing IT and digitalisation strategies.

I act with clarity and openness – theoretically grounded and pragmatic in my approach. At the same time, being analytically structured and empathetic, while approaching situations intuitively, is not a contradiction for me.

As a project manager and IPA coach at convis GmbH, I support companies in exploring new approaches to project execution—collaboratively, efficiently, and value-creating
My focus is on integrated project delivery (IPA) and coaching. I am passionate about seeing structures, mindsets, and people interact in a way that fosters genuine collaboration.
n doing so, I combine traditional project management processes with new forms of collaboration, support digitalization initiatives (AI), and facilitate various learning formats, including through the agn Academy.
